U ovom završnom radu analizirani su slijedni pogoni i ostvarena je funkcionalnost slijednih pogona pomoću dviju laboratorijskih maketa ACS880-01 democase i PLC-a AC500. Pri tome je jedna maketa bila vodeća, a druga prateća jedinica. Detaljno je opisana konfiguracija frekvencijskih pretvarača i PLC-a te je pomoću programabilnog logičkog kontrolera PM579-ETH i PROFINET IO komunikacije implementirana funkcija slijeđenja brzine. Referentna brzina vrtnje zadavala se vodećoj jedinici, te se na osnovu stvarne vrijednosti brzine vrtnje vodeće jedinice zadavala referentna brzina vrtnje prateće jedinice. Implementacija funkcije slijeđenja brzine pomoću PLC-a omogućuje veću fleksibilnost i prilagodbu specifičnim zahtjevima pogona. In this thesis, the master/follower function was analyzed and the master/follower funcionality was achieved using two laboratory models ACS880-01 democase and a PLC AC500. One model was defined as the master, and the other one as the follower unit. The configuration of frequency converters and PLC is described in detail, and the speed/velocity following function was implemented using a programmable logic controller PM579-ETH and PROFINET IO communication. The reference speed of the master unit was set externally, and the reference speed of the following unit was calculated based on the actual speed of the master unit. Implementation of the speed/velocity following function using a PLC allows greater flexibility and adaptation to specific drive requirements. |
