Popis: | The purpose of this report was to describe the program outline of health education, and deployment, and to analyze the program participant's life-skill acquisition process, and the relation of behavior modification. Furthermore, in order to examine the effect of a health education program, we compared the results in a physical test and a blood test. The result was as follows.\n1) In an intervention group, Change of the stage of the dietary behavior decreased from pre-action stage 80.5% to 32.6%, and the action or maintenance stage increased from 19.5% to 67.7%. Change of the stage of excise behavior decreased from pre-action stage 26.4% to 6.5%, and the action and maintenance stage increased from 8.7% to 30.4%.\n2) In a monitor group, Change of the stage of the dietary behavior decreased from pre-action stage 86.3% to 57.5%, and the action or maintenance stage increased from 13.7% to 40.5%. Change of the stage of excise behavior decreased pre-action stage 48.0% to 31.4%, and the action and maintenance stage slightly increased from 24.0% to 27.6%.\n3) Especially the change was remarkable by the intervention group and it was significant on the dietary behavior.\n4) BMI decreased into both of groups. Similarly, also in blood quality (Tcho,HDL,LDL,TG), both groups showed a desirable change.\n5) As a life skill acquisition process connected with behavior modification, this program suggested that the program composition and deployment which considered decision-making skill, goal setting skill, and stress management skill are important. This is due to be examined further. 紀要論文 |
