Automatizacija je izvedena upotrebom programirljivog logičkog kontrolera serije S7-1500 koji PROFINET mrežom naredbe šalje frekvencijskom pretvaraču SINAMICS S120. Preko pretvarača se onda odvija upravljanje sinkronog motora s trajnim magnetima i inkrementalnim enkoderom. Konfiguracija i parametriranje pretvarača vrši se upotrebom programa STARTER, dok konfiguracija, izrada programa upravljanja i sučelja čovjek stroj(HMI) upotrebom TIA-Portal-a. Komunikacija između PLC-a i pretvarača vrši se upotrebom telegrama sa po dvjema riječima za slanje i dvjema za primanje poruka. Programiranje PLC-a odvija se ljestvičastim dijagramima. U slučaju nedostatka HMI panela moguće je izvesti simulaciju te na taj način provjeriti zadani rad. Automation is performed using programmable logical controller series S7-1500 which is sending commands to the frequency converter SINAMICS S120 using PROFINET network. Control of the synchronous machine with permanent magnets and incremental encoder is carried out using the converter. Configuration and parameterisation of the converter is carried out using the program STARTER, while configuration, designing of the program and Human-Machine Interface using TIA-Portal. Communication between PLC and converter is performed using telegrams with two words for sending and two words for receiving messages. PLC programming is carried out using ladder diagrams. If there is no HMI panel it is possible to simulate its work and thereby check given tasks. |
