| Popis: | Logistika je djelatnost otpreme, dopreme i provoza robe uz sve popratne aktivnosti. Da bi se prostorno-vremenska transformacija dobara mogla odvijati potrebno je ispuniti potrebne dokumente i zaključiti ugovor. Za carinjenje robe potrebno je poznavati i ispuniti propisane carinske obrasce i dokumente. Velik fokus u ovom radu bit će predan: jedinstvenoj carinskoj deklaraciji, CMR teretnom listu, TIR karnetu i naposljetku ATA karnetu. Pri organizaciji prijevoza upotrebljavaju se transportne klauzule – Incoterms 2010. One predstavljaju međunarodna pravila za tumačenje trgovinskih termina te su ujedno i dio ugovora o kupoprodaji. Logistics is the activity of shipping, delivery and transit of goods with all accompanying activities. In order for space-time transformation of goods to take place, it is needed to complete the necessary documents and conclude the contract. For customs clearance, it is necessary to know and fulfill prescribed customs forms and documents. A great focus in this paper will be devoted to: single customs declaration, CMR freight note, TIR carnet and finally ATA carnet. Transport arrangements use the transport clauses – Incoterms 2010. They represent international rules for the interpretation of trade terms and are also a part of the sales contract. |
