Tema ovog rada je modeliranje i simulacija paralelne hibridne strukture šumskog traktora – skidera korištenjem računalnog programa Scilab. Prvo je opisan hibridni pogon vozila te vrste hibridnog pogona: serijska, paralelna i serijsko-paralelna struktura. Zatim su dani primjeri hibridnog pogona vozila kod izvan-cestovnih vozila. Pobliže je opisana konfiguracija skidera EcoTrac 120V i njegovih komponenata. Opisan je računalni program Scilab te je provedena simulacija konvencionalnog skidera. Zatim je definiran hibridni pogon zajedno sa njegovim komponentama te je također prikazana simulacija u Scilab-u. Napravljena detaljna usporedba između konvencionalnog i hibridnog skidera. Na kraju rada dan je zaklučak gdje su navedene prednosti i nedostaci hibridne strukture pogona te je dan kratak osvrt na računalni program Scilab. This thesis deals with a modelling and analysis of a parallel configuration of hybrid electric powertrain for a forest skidder in the Scilab environment. Firstly, hybrid powertrain is introduced and series, parallel and series-parallel type of hybrid configurations are described. Then, several examples of existing hybrid off-road vehicles are given. Configuration of the conventional skidder EcoTrac 120V and its components has been closely described. Then, detailed description of Scilab computer program has been given as well as the simulation of a conventional powertrain, which has been carried out. Then the hybrid powertrain and its components were defined and a simulation was also carried out. The results of both simulations are presented and compared in detail. Finally, a conclusion is given, where advantages and disadvantages of the hybrid powertrain structure and also Scilab computer program are given. |
