| Popis: | Las zonas húmedas del territorio español y, en particular, aquellas que conforman el Sistema de Zonas Húmedas del Sur de Alicante, por sus valores ambientales, ecológicos y paisajísticos, constituyen hoy día uno de los ecosistemas más importantes de la Península por su biodiversidad; circunstancia propicia para que gocen de la adecuada tutela jurídica de protección que garantice un correcto equilibrio entre sostenibilidad ambiental e hídrica y desarrollo socioeconómico. Para ello, los instrumentos de planificación constituyen un eficaz y valioso mecanismo jurídico para lograr con garantías una óptima gestión, preservación y conservación de los mismos. The wetlands of the Spanish territory and, in particular, those that make up the System of Wetlands of Southern Alicante due to their environmental, ecological and landscape values, constitute today one of the most important ecosystems of the Peninsula; a circumstance that is conducive to enjoying adequate legal protection that guarantees a balance between environmental and water sustainability and socio-economic development. Planning instruments constitute an effective and valuable legal mechanism to ensure their optimal management, preservation and conservation. |
