Vezanje molekula bilo za podloge koje sadrže nanočestično zlato, bilo za nanočestice zlata, primjenjuje se u forenzici, medicini, biologiji, arheologiji te u mnogim drugim područjima gdje se SERS (surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy) koristi. U ovom diplomskom radu eksperimentalno se ispituje postoji li vezanje molekule glukozamina, molekule glukoze s NH_2 skupinom, za nanočestice zlata u vodenoj otopini. Ovaj modelni sistem služi za provjeru detekcije većih molekula poput hijaluronske kiseline te aminokiselina u vrlo malim količinama. Binding of molecules to substrates containing nanoparticle gold is used in forensics, medicine, biology, archeology and in many other fields where SERS (surfaceenhanced Raman spectroscopy) is used. In this graduate thesis, it is experimentally investigated and studied whether there is a binding of a glucosamine molecule (a glucose molecule with the NH_2 functional group) to gold nanoparticles in water solution. This model system serves to check the possibility of detection of larger molecules such as hyaluronic and amino acids acid and serves to improve the detection of substances present in as small quantities as possible. |
