Popis: | Fibrilacija atrija ozbiljna je i česta srčana aritmija koja je povezana s brzim i nepravilnim srčanim ritmom. Moguće ju je dijagnosticirati na temelju elektrokardiograma. Na EKG-u se manifestira nepravilnim ritmom srca, odsutnosti P-vala i prisutnosti F-valova. Jedan od načina detektiranja prisutnosti fibrilacije atrija je analiziranje nepravilnosti srčanog ritma koje se očituje u skraćivanju RR intervala. Kako bi se analizirali RR intervali potrebno ih je prvo izračunati. Prvi korak je pronalazak R zubaca u signalu EKG-a. Za to se koristi Elgendi algoritam. Nakon pronalaska R zubaca sljedeći korak je izračun RR intervala koji se potom koriste za računanje parametara koji opisuju ritam srca. Analizom tih parametara moguće je utvrditi da li je u promatranom signalu EKG-a prisutna fibrilacija atrija ili nije. Atrial fibrillation is a serious and frequent cardiac arrhythmia that is associated with fast and irregular heart rhythms. It is possible to diagnose it based on electrocardiogram (ECG). The ECG is manifested by an irregular heart rate, the absence of P-wave and the presence of F-waves. One way of detecting the presence of atrial fibrillation is an analysis of rhythm irregularity that is manifested in shortening the RR interval. In order to analyze the RR intervals, it is necessary to calculate them first. The first step is to find R peaks in the ECG signal. To find them, the Elgendi algorithm is used. After finding the R peaks, the next step is to calculate the RR intervals that are used to calculate the parameters that describe the heart rate. By analyzing those parameters, it is possible to determine if atrial fibrillation is present in the observed ECG signal or not. |
