Popis: | [EN]The project developed in this thesis is part of one of the research lines carried out by the group Aplicaciones Biomédicas de Ingeniería Química, focused on the design of novel cancer nanotherapies. Specifically, its main objective is trying to achieve the development and validation of three different strategies to improve the current treatment of HER2-overexpressing breast cancer, enhancing its effectiveness and reducing its side toxicity. This project began as a result of a collaboration with the research group led by Dr. Atanasio at the Instituto de Biología Molecular y Celular del Cáncer, and to accomplish the general objective. |
