Novel biologically active amino, amidino and amido substituted phenantrene derivatives

Popis: Cilj ovog rada bio je sintetizirati nove amido 26, 27, amidino 28, 29 i amino 30, 31, 32 i 33 supstituirane derivate fenantrena i amido 46, 47, amidino 48, 49 i amino 50 supstituirane derivate nafto[2,1-b]tiofena. Za pripravu ciljnih spojeva korištene su klasične metode organske sinteze, sinteze potpomognute mikrovalnim zračenjem i fotokemijske sinteze. Sinteza amido 26, 27 i amidino 28, 29 derivata fenantrena, te amido 47 i amidino 48 derivata nafto[2,1-b]tiofena nije bila uspješna. Amino supstituirani derivati fenantrena 30, 31, 32 i 33 priređeni su iz 9-cijano-3-fluorfenantrena 18 reakcijom nekatalizirane nukleofilne supstitucije s odgovarajućim aminima, dok je amino supstituirani derivat nafto[2,1-b]tiofena 50 priređen iz 9-cijano-3-fluornafto[2,1-b]tiofena 39. 3,9-di-(2-imidazolinil)nafto[2,1-b]tiofen dihidroklorid 49 je priređen Pinnerovom reakcijom iz cijano supstituiranog prekursora 41. Strukture svih novo pripravljenih spojeva potvrđene su 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR spektroskopijom i UV spektrometrijom. The intention of this study was to synthesize new amido 26, 27, amidino 28, 29 and amino 30, 31, 32 and 33 substituted phenanthrene derivatives and amido 46, 47, amidino 48, 49 and amino 50 substituted derivatives of naphtho[2,1-b]thiophene. For the synthesis of target compounds classical methods of organic synthesis, microwave assisted synthesis and photochemical synthesis were used. Synthesis of amido 26, 27 and amidino 28, 29 derivatives of phenanthrene, amido 47 and amidino 48 derivatives of naphtho[2,1-b]thiophene was not successful. Amino substituted phenanthrene derivatives 30, 31, 32 and 33 were prepared from 9-cyano-3-fluorophenanthrene 18 in the uncatalyzed nucleophilyc substitution reaction with the appropriate amines, and amino substituted naphtho[2,1-b]thiophene 50 was prepared from 9-cyano-3-fluoronafto[2,1-b]thiophene 39. 3,9-di-(2-imidazolinyl)naphtho[2,1-b]thiophene dihydrochloride 49 was prepared by Pinner reaction from the cyano substituted precursor 41. The structures of all newly synthesizes compounds were confirmed by means of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy and UV spectrometry.
