Influence of the energy input on microstructure of the duplex steel during wire and arc additive manufacturing

Popis: U teorijskom dijelu rada opisana je aditivna proizvodnja električnim lukom i žicom, njene prednosti, mane kao i primjena. Također su opisana svojstva dupleks čelika i prikazan je pregled njegovih mikrostrukturnih faza. U eksperimentalnom dijelu izradila su se tri zida s različitim međuprolaznim temperaturama te se promatrao njihov utjecaj. Uzorci su podvrgnuti različitim parametrima toplinske obrade kako bi se promatrao utjecaj različitih peći, temperatura i vremena držanja na mikrostrukturu dupleks čelika. Temeljem dobivenih rezultata utvrđen je utjecaj na mikrostrukturu. The theoretical part of the paper describes wire and arc additive manufacturing, its advantages, disadvantages, and applications. The properties of the duplex steel are also described with an overview of its microstructural phases. In the experimental part, three walls were built with different interpass temperatures and their influence was observed. The wall samples were subjected to different heat treatment parameters to observe the influence of different furnaces, temperatures, and holding times on the duplex steel microstructure. Based on the obtained results, the influence on microstructure was determined.
