| Popis: | Razvojem i uvođenjem tehnologija u prometni sustav dolazi do velikih problema u prometu, prometnim nesrećama i nezgodama koje su uzrok velikog broja ozlijeđenih osoba, smrtno stradalih osoba i velikih materijalnih šteta. Uvođenjem Inteligentnog transportnog sustava prema Direktivi 2010/40/EU teži se rješavanju nastalih problema u prometnom sustavu. Ideja diplomskog rada je upoznati čitatelja sa nastalom problematikom u prometnom sustavu i načinu na koji se ona postupno rješava. U radu je opisana implementacija Direktive 2010/40/EU na razini Europske Unije i uvođenje u Republiku Hrvatsku prilikom prihvaćanja obveza ulaskom u EU. Detaljno su opisane ITS usluge te mjere kojima se one uvode u prometni sustav i njihove korisnosti. U radu je naveden Akcijski plan implementacije Direktive 2010/40/EU prema kojoj je donese Nacionalni program za razvoj i uvođenje inteligentnih transportnih sustava u cestovnom prometu. Cilj diplomskog rada je upoznati čitatelja da već postoje i primjenjuju se ITS usluge u Republici Hrvatskoj, navedene su neke od njih i slikama prikazane, te da se radi na daljnjem razvoju usluga i njihovoj implementaciji u prometni sustav. Svrha rada je da čitatelj prepozna koje su koristi ITS usluga i koji je njihov produkt, te je stavljen naglasak na već postignuto i i ono što se predviđa u budućnosti, a to je sigurnost i održiva mobilnost. With the development and introduction of technologies into the transport system, major problems in traffic, traffic accidents and accidents are caused by a large number of injured persons, fatalities and serious material damage. The introduction of the Intelligent Transport System under Directive 2010/40 / EU seeks to address the problems encountered in the transport system. The idea of the graduation thesis is to acquaint the reader with the problems encountered in the transport system and how it is gradually being solved. This paper describes the implementation of Directive 2010/40 / EU at the European Union level and its implementation into the Republic of Croatia according to accepting commitments when joining the EU. ITS services are described in detail and the measures by which they are introduced into the transport system and their use. The paper outlines an Action Plan for the implementation of Directive 2010/40 / EU under which the National Program for the Development and Deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems in Road Transport has been adopted. The aim of this diploma paper is to inform the reader that ITS services already exist and are being applied in the Republic of Croatia, some of them are presented and shown in the pictures, and that further development of services and their implementation in the transport system is being done. The purpose of the paper is for the reader to recognize the benefits of the ITS service and what their product is, so the emphasis is placed on what has already been achieved and foreseen in the future, and that is security and sustainable mobility. |
