Popis: The study thoroughly examines the hemolymph biochemistry profiles of the three comercially important decapod crustaceans: spiny lobster Palinurus elephas (Fabricius, 1787.), spider crab Maja squinado (Herbst, 1788) and warty crab Eriphia verrucosa (Forskal, 1775). The aim of the study is to examine and standardize the hemolymph biochemistry profile in each species and detect the differences between them as well. The following parameteres have been examined: TP, CHOL, TRIG, GLU, BUN, CREA, ALP, CK, AST, GGT, LDH, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn. The levels of the biochemical parameteres differed between the 3 species.
