Popis: The nematodes are nowadays the main problem of the horticultural crops with a high economic value, a very good instance of this, is the melon cultive. Nematodes not only have badly influence in the production and the vegetative performance, but also have influence in the quality of the fruit , showing at the same time different alternatives to their control. The main aim of this "TFG" is study what is the effect of the nematodes presence on the ground and the use of the graft in the composition of bioactive compounds in the case of Cantaloupe melon (Cucumis melo var.cantalupensis), to be able to evaluate the efficacy of this crop technique. The rootstock that I used, was the Cucumis metuliferus, and as a stem, it was considered the Cantaloup melon , called "Paloma" variety. Two consecutive crops drip irrigation were made in greenhouses. In the first one, made it between March and July, four harvestings were carried out, whereas in the second one made it between September and October, nine harvestings were carried out. The testing plots were localized in the Agrópolis, and they were artificially infested by the nematode "Meloidogyne incognita's (MI)". The design of the plots had two different sectors, D and E. The D sector didn't have the presence of nematodes, and in the other hand, E sector did have. Each sector was divided in ten plots, from 1 to 5 doesn't infest, and from 6 to 10, were artificially infested. Therefore, four crops were made it: graft/nematode, graft/no nematode, no graft/nematode, no graft/no nematode. The results shown a significant difference (p
