| Popis: | Median mandibular clefts vary in their presentation. They may be associated with other major anomalies and are usually treated by primary surgical lip repair under general anesthesia with a delayed repair of the bifid mandible. This is a brief case presentation of an unusual congenital anomaly called median cleft of the lower lip and mandible or inferior gnathoschisis. Key Words.
