Popis: | U radu je provedeno ispitivanje trenja Block on ring metodom pomoću modernizirane verzije uređaja . Ispitni uzorci su bili tretirani različitim postupcima površinske obrade ; nitriranju u plinu, solnoj kupci, plazmi te prevlačenju PACVD TiN prevlakom .Zadatak je bio odrediti kako različita stanja površine(različita toplinska obrada i površinska hrapavost) te različita normalna sila utječu na faktor trenja . Iz rezultata se moglo zaključiti kako je modernizirana metoda znatno pouzdanija od uobičajene .Najniže faktore trenja očekivano su ostvarili uzorak bez prevlake te uzorak prevučen PACVD TiN . This work deals with determination of friction coefficient with modified version of old Block on ring device which is used for wear tests. The specimans had different heat treatment of surfaces ; nitriding in gas, nitriding in salth bath, nitriding in plasma and plasma assisted chemical vapour deposition of TiN .The mission was to determine how different surface conditions (different heat treatment and surface roughness ) and different normal loads influence the friction coefficient. From the test results we can see that the modified method is more confident than standard version of wear test . The lowest friction coefficient had untreated and speciman coated with PACVD TiN . |
