Primjena eutektičkih otapala u sintezi derivata purina i purinskih izostera

Popis: U ovom radu opisana je sinteza novih konjugata 1,1'-disupstituiranog ferocena i purinskih bioizostera 5–7 povezanih 1,2,3-triazolilnom poveznicom. U tu svrhu pripremljeni su N-propargilirani purinski derivati 1–3 te 1,1'-bis(1-azidoetil)ferocen 4. Ciljani konjugati 1,1'-disupstituiranih ferocena i purina 5–7 priređeni su bakrom(I) kataliziranom 1,3-dipolarnom cikloadicijom propargiliranih derivata 1–3 i bis-azidnog derivata ferocena 4. Reakcije su provedene na dva načina, klasično u metanolu i u zelenom eutektičkom otapalu, D-sorbitol/urea/NH4Cl. Strukture novosintetiziranih spojeva potvrđene su 1H NMR i 13C NMR spektroskopijom, a naknadno će se provesti i antitumorska ispitivanja novosintetiziranih spojeva. In this work, the synthesis of new conjugates of 1,1'-disubstituted ferrocene and purine bioisosteres 5–7 connected with 1,2,3-triazolyl moiety is described. For this purpose, N-propargylated purine derivates 1–3 and 1,1'-bis(1-azidoethyl) ferrocene 4 were synthesized. Target conjugates of 1,1'-disubstituted ferrocenes and purines 5–7 were prepared using copper (I) catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of propargylated derivates 1–3 and bis-azide derivative of ferrocene 4. Reactions were prepared using two procedures, classically in methanol and in a green eutectic solvent, D-sorbitol/urea/NH4Cl. The structures of the novel synthesized compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and antitumor studies of the novel synthesized compounds will be performed subsequently.
