Ponašanje predškolaca u vršnjačkim sukobima

Popis: Dijete je aktivno, prosocijalno biće koje, vođeno svojom prirodnom znatiželjom, istražuje svijet oko sebe. U svom doticaju sa svijetom upušta se u razne interakcije s drugima, a u tim interakcijama često zna doći do sukoba. Sukobi su dio svakodnevice, stoga njihova pojava nije neuobičajena. Štoviše, oni su poželjni za uspješan razvoj socijalnih vještina kod djeteta. Ovim radom daje se uvid u ponašajne oblike koje djeca koriste prilikom sukobljavanja na temelju pregleda relevantne literature. Osim ponašanja u sukobima, u radu se iznose teorijska saznanja o sukobima i njihovim obilježjima kao i komunikacijskim obrascima koji se pojavljuju prilikom sukoba. Osim spomenutog, u radu se iznose smjernice za upoznavanje s problematikom sukoba i njegovog konstruktivnog rješavanja u odgojno obrazovnim ustanovama te što sukobi znače u razvoju socijalne kompetencije kod djece. The child is an active, prosocial being who, led by natural curiosity, explores the world around him. In his contact with surroundings he engages in various interactions with others, but those interactions often lead to conflicts. Conflicts are common in everyday life, so they are neither unusual nor unexpected. Indeed, conflits are desirable for the development of socials skills. Based on a review of the relevant literature, this paper provides insight into the behavioral forms that children use during conflict. In addition to behavior in conflicts, the paper presents theoretical facts about conflicts and it's characteristics as well as possible ways to solve the conflicts problem. In addition, the paper presents guidelines for getting acquainted with the issue of conflicts and their constructive resolution in educational institutions and what conflicts mean in the development of social competence.
