Bakrom(I)-katalizirana azid-alkin cikloadicija najviše je primjenjivana click reakcija u različitim područjima poput kemije, medicine i znanosti o materijalima. Cilj ovog rada je sinteza i fotofizička karakterizacija novih benzimidazol-1,2,3-triazol bis-heterocikla kao potencijalnih senzorskih molekula. Spojevi 1 i 2 uspješno su sintetizirani click reakcijom odgovarajućeg azida i dialkina katalizirano bakrovim(I) ionom dobivenim redukcijom bakrovog(II) sulfata natrijevim askorbatom u prisutnosti TBTA kao promotora katalize. Strukture priređenih spojeva potvrđene su NMR spektroskopijom. Ciljani spojevi okarakterizirani su UV-vidljivom apsorpcijskom i fluorescencijskom spektrofotometrijom. Ispitan je utjecaj otapala različitih polarnosti na spektralna svojstva novo pripravljenih spojeva. The copper(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition, the most commonly used „click“ reaction, found applications in chemistry, medicine and materials science. Aim of this work was synthesis and photophisical characterization of novel benzimidazol-1,2,3-triazol bis-heterocycles as potential sensor molecules. Compounds 1 and 2 were successfully synthesized by click reaction of corresponding azide and dialkynes catalized by Cu(I). Cu(I) ion was prepared in situ by reduction with Na-ascorbate and in presence TBTA as catalyst promotor. The structures of novel compounds were determined by means of NMR spectroscopy. Target compounds were evaluated by UV-visible apsorption and fluorescence spectrophotometry. The effect of solvent polarity at spectral properties was studied. |
