Popis: Uspješno planiranje i konstruiranje crpnih stanica je vrlo kompleksan zadatak. Cilj proizvođača pumpi je specificirati u njezinoj tehnološkoj dokumentaciji dimenzije (npr. geometriju crpne stanice) potrebne za instalaciju centrifugalnih pumpi u crpnu stanicu. Postoje različiti tipovi centrifugalnih pumpi, a njihov izbor ovisi o opisu rada koji treba obaviti. Protok je jedan od najbitnijih pojmova kada se govori o konstruiranju crpnih stanica, a korozija materijala taloženje i štopanje pumpi su štetni čimbenici na koje isto treba obratiti pozornost. Zato treba voditi računa o vrsti materijala pogodnih za izradu dijelova crpnih stanica i o idejnim rješenjima sprječavanja taloženja.
Successful planning and construction of pumping stations is a very complex task. The aim of the pump manufacturer is to specify in its technological documentation the dimensions (eg the geometry of the pumping station) necessary for the installation of centrifugal pumps in the pumping station. There are different types of centrifugal pumps and their choice depends on the description of the work to be done. Flow rate is one of the most important terms when talking about constructing pumping stations, and material corrosion, sedimentation and pump clogging are harmful factors that should also be paid attention to. That is why it is necessary to take into account the type of materials suitable for the production of pump station parts and conceptual solutions to prevent sedimentation.
