Bachelor thesis examines active learning methods and their usage in mathematics lessons, while working with high school students. The first part of the work presents the origins and conception of active learning methods, different types of active learning methods. The information used in the first part of the thesis comes from researches of various sources; also collaborated methods are applied while operating in group work. The second part of the thesis, lists summarized and systematized results of the questionnaire survey which was held between the teachers, also it overviews the most important aspects, highlights the benefits and shortages. The third part of the work is completed out of detailed plans for the lessons, which are prepared for the group work of the high school students. The plans present how activity and time are allocated; also it gives recommendations on how to prevent possible threats. |
