Popis: This paper aims to analyse the individual characterictics on prevailing life-unite learning in schools for the physically and mentally handicapped in Okinawa. Results are as follows : (1) There are great differences about time attotment of life-unite learning. Especially a bundle of grades as lower, middle and higher is made, and allocated time accordingly to each. Being allocating time, children's development, grade, and cumulative experinces seem to be very important but not carefully considered. (2) The order of life-unite composition of the schools is the seasonal, school event, and problem, and same in the time allotment. The each ranges of time allotment in three composition are 37~59% in the seasonal, 23~31% in school event, and 8~26% in problem. As with time allocation the range of school events is mostly short because, author suppose, they would be administered uniformly in all schools at the same time. (3) Concerning the charateristics of each month through the year on life-unite learning, there are no specific ones observed .
