Popis:	顎口腔領域の腫瘍切除後に生じた上顎欠損の2例に対して,磁性アタッチメントを応用したインプラント義歯を作製した結果,良好な臨床経過を得たので報告した。 Two cases of implant prosthesis with magnetic attachments are reported. These patients were suffering from maxillary defects caused by surgery for oral and maxillofacial tumors. Overdentures supported by magnetic attachments that were connected with dental implants were adapted to lesions including bone defects, and the qualities of patients' mastication and speech were improved well.
