| Popis: | Challenge 7.-- Coordinators: Antonio Lafuente (IH, CSIC, Coordinator), Judith Farré (ILLA, CSIC, Adjunct Coordinator). We hold three fundamental ideas regarding the role of Digital Humanities today : ( i ) Digital Humanities speak from technology rather than about it ; ( ii ) Digital Humanities are a new attempt at understanding the problems that we humans face through the production and standardization of meaningful and interoperable computationally processed data ; and ( iii ) Digital Humanities bridge the gap between engineering and art, science and literature, academic culture and urban culture, scholarship and design. |
