| Popis: | A bioreactor (1) for cell co-culture comprising at least first and second cell culture chambers (2, 4). The first and second chambers (2, 4) are separated by a porous membrane (6) for cell culture. The membrane (6) comprises at least one sealing gasket (12) integrated in the membrane (6) being integral therewith. The sealing gasket (12) defines a closed perimeter delimiting a first cell culture area (16).
