(in English) The Master's thesis "Inclusion of Children with Specific Social and Educational Needs to Scout Units" focuses on the integration of children with special needs into the specific environment of the Czech-scouting organisation Junák. It comprises of a theoretical and an empirical part. The first one describes basic theoretical concepts of children integration and inclusion and summarises the current situation in the Junák organisation. The empirical part presents a research, which unlike previous works describes the process of integration from the perspective of three key subject groups: children with specific needs, their parents or foster parents and Scout leaders. The data has been gathered by the means of semistructured interviews, question forms and on-site observation. The aim was to identify how the integration process works and to gather the opinion of individuals representing the three target groups about the factors influencing the process of integration in Scout units. This thesis presents several aspects considered as key by each of the subject group. From the children perspective, a successful integration depends on their ability to find friends among the other members of the units.
