Objectives: Several studies examined relationship between insufficient and irregular sleep and risk behaviours of adolescents whose classes started in the morning. We examined that relationship in adolescents who attended classes in the afternoon every other week, and had more opportunities for sufficient sleep but showed more irregular sleep schedule over a two-week period. Methods: We analysed data of adolescents 11-18 years of age from primary (N=1105) and secondary schools (N=1258). A Croatian version of School Sleep Habits Survey was used to collect data on sleep characteristics, daytime sleepiness, and risk of injuries and accidents.
