Popis: International audience; This paper is focused on the thixoforming of A356 Al alloy. In the present study, an original rheological test has been developed. The identification of the constitutive equation parameters has been carried out by the finite element modelling. On another hand, the adaptation of a three-dimensional FEM code to the simulation of the process is presented, together with and its first application to an industrial test part.
