| Popis: | The title compound, [C5H14N2][UO 2(H2O)(SO4)2], contains anionic [UO2(H2O)(SO4)2]2- chains with 1-methylpiperazinium cations balancing the charge. Each UVI atom is seven-coordinate in a pentagonal bipyramidal geometry, and each sulfate tetrahedron bridges two adjacent uranium centres.
