第二はA。
Runoff characteristic was compared between forest and deforestation experimental basins. Two experimental basins, forest and defoerstation was set in order to investgate the deference of runoff discharge between the two basins. Rainfall and runoff discharge were obserbed and made runoff analysis. In order to estimate the the organic mater content of surface soil, soil temperature was obserbed. The result obtained form the investigation were as follows : 1) Runoff discharge from the forest basin was lesser than that of the deforestation, and time of flood concentration of the forest basin was longere than from the deforestation one. The means the surface runoff in the forest is smaller than in the deforestation and flow slowly. 2) concerning soil temperature, compared with two basins, the deforestation basin was higher temperature rising rate than that of the forest one and cleared that the temperature difference between day time and night time, was lagere in the deforestation than in the forest. This means decomposition of organic mater is more hasten in the defoerstation. Runoff analysis and observation of soil temperature revealed that deforeststion result to promote surface runoff.
