U ovom radu opisana je sinteza novih derivata izokinolina i ferocen-izokinolinskog hibrida te njihova strukturna karakterizacija. Reakcijom ciklizacije potpomognutom mikrovalnim zračenjem 2-klorbenzaldehida i odgovarajućih terminalnih alkina sintetizirani su derivati izokinolina supstituirani u položaju 3 alkilnim lancima (1-3). Reakcijom bromiranja izokinolina NBS-om uveden je u položaj 5 izokinolinskog prstena pri -25 °C, koji je potom preveden u 5- azidoizokinolin (5) s NaN3. Mikrovalnim zračenjem potpomognutom „klik“ reakcijom 5- azidoizokinolina s etinilferocenom uz Cu katalizator pripravljen je 4-ferocenil–1,2,3-triazolizokinolinski hibrid (6). Strukturna karakerizacija derivata izokinolina provedena je 1H NMR spektroskopijom. Microwave assisted cyclization of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde with corresponding terminal alkynes gave isoquinoline derivatives substituted at position 3 with alkyl side chain (1-3). 5-Bromoisoquinoline was prepared by bromination reaction of isoquinoline with NBS at -25 °C, which was converted to 5-azido isoquinoline (5) with NaN3. 4-Ferrocenyl–1,2,3-triazole-isoquinoline hybrid (6) was synthesized by microwave assisted „klik“ reaction of 5-azido isoquinoline with ethynylferrocene in the presence of Cu as catalyst. Structural characterization of novel isoquinoline derivatives was performed by 1H NMR spectroscopy. |
