| Popis: | Es proposa una descripció del context social, econòmic, cultural de Mallorca a començaments del nou-cents a partir de les imatges creades des de diverses perspectives: les imatges que ens han deixat els visitants arribats a l'illa amb motiu de l'eclipsi; les imatges creades per atreure als turistes; les imatges elaborades pels escriptors contemporanis, i pels historiadors actuals. Tot aquest conjunt d'imatges permeten al lector construir la seva pròpia imatge del que era i com era la Mallorca del 1905. It is proposed a description of the social, economic, and cultural context of Majorca at the beginning of 1900 by using the images arising from diverse perspectives: the images that have left the visitors that arrived at the island to observe the eclipse; the images created to attract the tourists, the images elaborated by the contemporary writers and by the present historians. These images allow the reader to construct their own image of what was Majorca and how it was in 1905 |
