Popis: | International audience; In this work, we present and exploit an individual based model of scrapie transmission within flock to explore biological hypotheses of transmission. It is applied to the Langlade experimental sheep flock (INRA Toulouse, France) for which extensive data are available. An optimization method based on random-search minimization algorithm is applied to calibrate the model on these data. The model is presented as well as the estimated transmission parameter |
