| Popis: | We report three cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of the lung. All of them were asymptomatic and exact preoperative diagnoses were not obtained. The first patient was a 63-year-old male with three small nodules in the right S^4 and left S^3, S^4 He underwent partial lung resection (left S^3). The second patient was a 71-year-old female with a small nodule in..the left S^3. She underwent partial lung resection using endoscope. The third patient was a 54-year-old male with a nodule in the left S^8. He underwent left lower lobectomy. Video assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) was usefull for resection of the nodule. This procedure reduce operative stress for the patient. Partial resection is recomended using endoscope if the nodule is small and located in the peripheral lung. 論文 |
