Popis: | U radu je dan opis rada sinkronog motora s trajnim magnetima i njegov matematički model te je dan opći opis sustava upravljanja sinkronim motorom. Zatim su opisani elementi korišteni za realizaciju upravljanja sinkronim strojem s trajnim magnetima i apsolutnim enkoderom. Opisana je konstrukcija i rad apsolutnog enkodera. Također su opisane mogućnosti i načini povezivanja upravljačke jedinice CU310-2 PN frekvencijskog pretvarača S120 sa ostalim elementima pogona preko standarda Profinet. Nakon toga je realiziran sustav upravljanja sa navedenim elementima i konfiguriran pomoću programskog paketa strater. Uz to su napravljeni eksperimenti zaleta, reverziranja i zaustavljanja pogona te podešavanje PI regulacije upravljanja pogonom. The paper gives a description of the work synchronous motor with permanent magnets, its mathematical model and gives a general description of the synchronous machine control systems. Then have described elements used for the realization of the synchronous machine control system with permanent magnets. The paper describes the construction and operation of an absolute encoder. It is also described the possibilities and ways to connect the control unit CU310-2 PN of S120 AC drive with other elements of the drive via Profinet standard. After that was realized control system with the specified elements and configured absolute encoder using a software package STRATER. In addition, it is designed experiments energy, reversing and stopping the drive and setting the PI regulation of drive control. |
