Popis: Lopatice parne turbine važan su dio parnih turbina. Njihovo oštećivanje dovodi do nepravilnog, neefikasnog i nestabilnog rada parnih turbina. Jedan od mogućih načina oštećenja lopatica parnih turbina je oštećenje uzrokovano trošenjem erozijom. U ovom radu opisane su parne turbine, dijelovi parnih turbina i materijali koji se mogu koristiti za izradu dijelova parnih turbina. Također je opisano i trošenje erozijom česticama ili kapljevinom te načini ispitivanja otpornosti materijala na trošenje erozijom česticama ili kapljevinom. Uz eksperimentalni dio rada napravljen je i pregled literature vezan uz trošenje lopatica parnih turbina erozijom kapljevinom ili česticama. U eksperimentalnom dijelu napravljena su ispitivanja otpornosti trošenja na eroziju česticama, elektrokemijska ispitivanja, ispitivanje tvrdoće, određivanje mikrostrukture i kemijskog sastava lopatice rotora parne turbine. Steam turbine blades are an important part of steam turbines. Their damaging can lead to irregular, inefficient and unstable running of steam turbines. Failure caused by erosion wear is one of the possible modes of failure of steam turbine blades. This work describes steam turbines, their parts and materials which can be used for steam turbine parts. Erosion wear by solid particles or liquids is described as well as testing of materials' resistance to erosion wear by solid particles or liquids. Along with the experimental part of this work a literature review related to erosion wear of steam turbine blades by solid particles or liquids is done. The experimental part of this work consists of testing material's resistance to erosion wear by solid particles, electrochemical testing, hardness testing, determining the microstructure as well as the chemical composition of steam turbine rotor blade.
