Popis: International audience; CEP (Career development advice), which was introduced in France in 2014 in line with the recommendations of the Council of the European Union Resolution of 21 November 2008 on Lifelong Guidance, is designed to guarantee personalised support for all working people, whether currently in work or not, in implementing their career development plans. Its success depends on the development of interaction between providers in what are often compartmentalised areas of activity. A Céreq study examined the different practices of local stakeholders in several areas.
