Popis: For the last session, two cases were chosen due to the fact that they had specific characteristics that were not discussed in the earlier in-depth sessions. The first case illustrates the importance of the patient's involvement in the decision-making process, an aspect of treatment that is gaining increasing attention. The patient and her husband were present at the meeting to take part in the discussion of her case. The second case was presented by Dr. Antonio Rodriguez from Salamanca, Spain and illustrates the presence of associated diseases in a patient with chronic inflammatory bowel disease.
