Popis: | U ovome je radu opisan automatizacijski sustav za nadzor i upravljanje industrijskim dizalom. Pogon industrijskog dizala je ostvaren pomoću hidrauličkog sustava sastavljenog, između ostalog, od hidrauličke pumpe pogonjene elektromotorom, elektromagnetskih razvodnika i dva cilindra za podizanje dizala. Postoje tri frekvencijska pretvarača čiji je proizvođač tvrtka Emerson. Jedan pretvarač služi za upravljanje motorom pumpe, drugi za upravljanje motorom kabinskih vrata i treći za upravljanje motorom donjih ili motorom gornjih vanjskih vrata. Izradom programa i vizualizacijskog sučelja za PLC tvrtke Unitronics ostvaren je sustav za nadzor i upravljanje industrijskim dizalom te je postignut automatski rad sustava dizala. PLC na temelju stanja senzora sustava (induktivni senzori položaja dizala, foto-barijere) pomoću odgovarajućih ulazno-izlaznih modula upravlja razvodnicima i frekvencijskim pretvaračima te na integriranom dodirnom zaslonu javlja informacije o statusu sustava. This paper describes the industrial elevator monitoring and control automation system. The industrial elevator is driven by the hydraulic system consisting, among other things, of the hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor, solenoid control valves and two cylinders to raise the elevator. There are three frequency converters in the system, manufactured by Emerson. One converter is used to control the hydraulic pump motor, a second one to control the cabin door motor and a third one to control the motor of the lower or the motor of the upper outer door. By creating programme and visualization interface for Unitronics made PLC the industrial elevator monitoring and control system is realized and the automatic operation of the elevator system is achieved. Based on the system sensors' state (inductive elevator position sensors, photo-sensors) and using the appropriate input-output modules, PLC controls operation of the valves and frequency converters while reporting system status related information on the integrated touch screen. |
