| Popis: | En este trabajo se ha diseñado y construido un dron especializado en la recogida de microplásticos del medio marino. This document covers the process of developing and construction of a remote-controlled sur-face vessel with a length of about one meter. The objective ofthis vessel is to collectsamplesofmicroplasticsfromthesea’swatercolumn to quantify the pollution on the area.This vehicle has been constructed using low price materials as much as possiblewithoutcom-promisingeiderit’sstabilityorit’sfunctionality.All information about this project will be found on this document, alone with the conclusions and possible improvements to be done in the future.First,therequirementsforthevesselwillbesettoshowtheaudiencetherange of the project. Some points might also be limited due to budget shortages and/or the academic orientation of thisthesis.Then, the engineering calculations completed the construction process will be documented. This partwill also contain the first trials of the vessel, conducted on a closer pool to test pa-rameters such as stability and maneuverability. Once the results are within the project re-quirements the sea tests will be conducted. Finally, once all tests have been conducted, the design will be improved to fulfill the objective of the vessel. |
