Popis:	We associate with each differentiable manifold M equipped with a Jacobi structure and a Nijenhuis operator, a pair of Lie algebroids in duality. We show this pair constitute a generalized Lie bialgebroid if and only if M is a strict Jacobi-Nijenhuis manifold
