Popis: We consider that the economic intelligence is the use of relevant information for the reduction of uncertainty in the strategic decision-making process. The business intelligence system, and particularly the strategic information system, represents an essential need to provide support to decision maker. However, some conditions must be realized to ensure this finality. We expose in this article a detailed study about the success criteria of Business Intelligence System (BIS) in strategic decision-making process. We are interested in the use of a decision support system as a component of the BIS integrating knowledge bases and having a behavior comprehensible by the user (decision-maker). We also study the impact of this system on the user and the learning organization
