The commitment to declassification led me to think of musical practices as cultural tools for a sound system open to the dynamic aspects of social and cultural life in communities. In this sense, I share the importance of philharmonic practices with other musical practices, establishing relationships between two interpenetrating universes, that of the philharmonic bands and that of the “Cante Alentejano”, based on the experiences of men and women who participate in the configuration and organization of the sound landscape. publishersversion published |
