Organik olarak yetiştirilen albion çilek çeşidinde yapraktan silisyum ve kalsiyum uygulamalarının meyve verim, kalite ve erkencilik üzerine etkileri

Popis: Bu çalışma Albion çilek çeşidinin tüplü taze fideleri ile örtüaltında 2015-2016 yetiştirme döneminde Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü Araştırma ve Uygulama Çiftliği ve Bölüm Laboratuvarlarında yürütülmüştür. Kalsiyum ve silisyum kaynağı olarak Fluisan Powder biyolojik yaprak gübresi kullanılmıştır. Denemede, yapraktan püskürtme şeklinde yapılan üç farklı gübre (Fluisan.Powder,Fluisan. Amino ve bu iki gübrenin kombinasyonu) uygulamasının çilek yetiştiriciliğine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada uygulamaların bitki başına verim (g/bitki), meyve dış rengi (L,a,b*), meyve eti sertliği (N),yaprak klorofil içerıği (SPAD μmol m-2),fotosentez hızı, suda çözünür toplam kuru madde miktarı (SÇKM%), pH, besin elementi içeriklerinin aylık değişimleri üzerine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır.Elde edilen bulgulara göre; bitki başına verim, ortalama meyve ağırlığı, SÇKM içeriği, yaprak klorofil içeriği (SPAD μmol m-²),fotosentez hızı bakımından en iyi uygulama Fluisan.Powder olarak belirlenmiştir. Organik gübrelemenin genel olarak bitki besin element alımları üzerine olumlu etki ettiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak meyve verim ve kalite kriterlerini arttırmak amacıyla farklı dozlarda gübrelemenin yapılması gerektiği tavsiye edilmektedir. This study was carried out under greenhouse with Albion rooted strawberry plug in 2015-2016 growing period in Cukurova University Agriculture Faculty Horticulture Department Research and Application Field, and Horticulture Department Laboratories. Fluisan Powder, which is a biological foliar fertilizer, was used as sources of Calcium and Silicon. In this study, the effects of three different foliar fertilizer application (Fluisan Powder, Fluisan Amino and combination of these two fertilizer) were investigated. In this research, the effects of applications on the yield per plant (g / plant), external fruit color (L, a, b ), fruit flesh hardness (N), leaf chlorophyll content (SPAD μmol m-2), photosynthesis rate, total amount of water soluble dry matter, pH and monthly changes of nutrient contents were examined.As a result of the experiment, Fluisan Powder was determined as the best application in terms of yield per plant, average fruit weight, total amount of soluble dry matter, leaf chlorophyll content (SPAD μmol m-2) and photosynthesis rate. It was determined that organic fertilization had positive effects on plant nutrient uptake in general.
