This bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis of the town of Skalica its neighbourhood. This analysis is based on a resources which are available in a cadastral office, a board of works, a municipal office, the museum of Záhorie, an archives, a libraries and so on. All of these resources are containing an old and a present-day maps, a photos, an aerial images, a books and a lot of other files. In this work, there is the description of natural, historical and cultural surroundings together with the list of changes which were made to this countryside. This description is based on the classified collection of all available materials. As a consequence of this analysis, there are suggestions which could be made to improve this countyside. In the end it was discovered that the region did not come across with a distinct and a radical change. |
