| Popis: | Superada la definición de Valdés Leal como entusiasta de la fealdad y lo horrible, generada por una leyenda negra que soportaba el pintor, y revisada recientemente su visión de la belleza y de la elegancia, muy patente en numerosas obras de temática femenina, resulta muy oportuno comparar su estética de lo hermoso o lo tierno con la generada por Murillo. Para ello se aportan noticias sobre pinturas de Valdés con el tema del Buen Pastor y se da a conocer la que se considera su versión original.
