Silva, 2005) e indecisão vocacional (Career Decision Scale, CDS, Osipow, Carney & Barak, 1976; adap. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous relationships between the constructs of career exploration (Career Exploration Survey, CES, Stumpf, Colarelli & Hartman, 1983; adap. Taveira, 1997), career decision-making difficulties (Career Decision Difficulties Questionnaire, CDDQ, Osipow & Gati, 2000, 2002, adapt. Silva, 2005) and career indecision (Career Decision scale, CDS, Osipow , Carney & Barak, 1976, adapt., Taveira, 1997), discriminate groups of subjects based on this analysis, and think the career intervention with 9th graders, based on this empirical evidence. The sample consists of 272 students in 9th grade, of which 51.5% are women (N = 140) and 48.5% men (N= 132), aged 13 to 18 years (M= 14.42, SD = 0.78), attending schools in the Northwest region of the country Cluster analysis performed (K-Means Clustering Analysis) allowed to discriminate four different groups of students, depending on the career variables: (a) Informed Confident, (b) Undecided Eager, (c) Undecided Informed, and (d) Undecided little Informed. Implications of the results for career intervention in Primary Education are discussed.
