Popis: We recently reviewed full-length nuclear receptor (NR) structures in an Opinion article wherein we carefully evaluated a large body of literature. As heads of three separate laboratories working on NR architectures, we expressed our shared insights and critical comments. One group (Moras et al.) has declined to accept our strong concerns about several of their published reports. We comment on their letter.
