Popis:	Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in pregnancy. Early diagnosis is of utmost importance for the outcome of the woman and her child. Vaginal bleeding in pregnancy should prompt gynaecological examination, and further diagnostic is needed in women with persistent symptoms. A decision on preservation of the pregnancy in women who are diagnosed with early-stage cervical cancer depends on stage and gestational age, as argued in this review.
