| Popis: | Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, sağlık ve sağlık dışı bölümlerde öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencilerinin hijyen davranışlarını karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı nitelikteki araştırmanın örneklemini, Aydın ilinde bir Sağlık Yüksekokulu ile İşletme Fakültesi’nde 2015- 2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında öğrenim gören ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 1621 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında “Birey Tanıtım Formu” ve “Hijyen Envanteri” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler ile ki kare testi, t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Öğrencilerin hijyen uygulamaları toplam puan ortalaması sağlık bölümü öğrencilerinde 61.43±11.60, sağlık dışı bölümü öğrencilerinde ise 59.88±11.55 olup sağlık bölümü öğrencilerinin puan ortalamaları anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur (p Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the hygiene behaviours of university students in health-related and non-health-related departments. Materials and Methods: The sample of this descriptive study consisted of 1621 students studying at a College of Health and a Business Faculty in the province of Aydın in the academic year 2015-2016, who agreed to take part in the research. An Individual’s Description Form and a Hygiene Inventory were used to collect data, and descriptive statistics, chi square test, t test and one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) were used in data analysis.
